Q. WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We are a digital marketing firm that provides services in social media management/integration, WordPress website design/installation, content creation for web and blog sites, brand design and identity, search engine optimization, and email marketing services. We also provide various audits you can purchase via our shop.
Q. DO YOU OFFER PACKAGES OR A LA CARTE SERVICES?

Q. DO YOU REQUIRE A CONTRACT?
Yes, we require an ATP (Authorization to Proceed) for all of our services, with the exception of our audits. Our ATP’s will outline all of the project details (scope of work), our timeline, policies, etc. We provide this to our clients for signature via a link to date and sign.
Q. WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We have integrated PayPal into our invoicing system. This ensures the security of payment for both the clients and the agency. Via PayPal, clients will then be able to make payments utilizing any major credit or debit card.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?
Depending on the project at hand, our turn our time is anywhere between two to four weeks. This is dependent upon the receipt of all necessary material from our clients, as we like to keep to a tight schedule. Rush orders are available permitting that we can accommodate. A fee will be applied to your final invoice for all rush orders.
Q. DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES?
We do not offer printing services, however, we will provide you with a list of service providers to choose from. We are not affiliated with any printing company/business at the moment.
Q. DO YOU OFFER RETAINER PACKAGES?
We do offer retainer packages for our stand alone services like our Webmaster and Social Media Management services. Please contact us for more information on our retainer fees.
Q. DO YOU CREATE “FROM SCRATCH” WEBSITES?
Our website or blog design services are designed to heavily edit WordPress themes via the use of “child themes” that coordinate with the Genesis Framework. We are not a web development firm, we are a web design firm. We also work with another popular plug and play WordPress platform called Divi. Between Genesis and Divi, we will be able to provide for you an amazing website that is unique to you and your brand.
Q. WHAT IS THE CLIENTS LEVEL OF INVOLVEMENT ON A PROJECT?
We work closely with our clients since most of our work is done in partnership with small business owners and solopreneurs. We’ll provide our clients with a client portal that allows them to be involved with the design aspect, maintain deadlines, and voice any necessary questions or concerns. All of the details regarding our client’s necessary involvement is outlined in our ATP.
Q. HOW DO CLIENTS RECEIVE THEIR FINISHED FILES?
Finished files will be provided to the client via their client portal through a downloadable zip file, at the clients request we may also provide these via Dropbox or Google Drive.
