Do you work with Nonprofits?

No, we do not. We discontinued our nonprofit marketing program in 2023. However, we work with agency partners to refer you to the best possible team for your organization.

What is digital marketing?

Digital marketing is the umbrella term used to describe the assets and tactics for marketing your business online. These include assets like your website, blog, and email marketing newsletter. As well as tactics like content marketing and email marketing.

What services do you offer?

We are a digital marketing agency that provides services in sms marketing, content marketing and email marketing. We also offer similar implementation services for those clients who do not wish to manage these internally.

Why don't you offer social media marketing services?

At SoVerve Marketing Group, we believe that the shifting algorithms and ad fatigue make social media marketing less effective in the agency work sphere. Meanwhile, the growth of alternative channels such as email marketing, content marketing, and sms marketing offer more sustainable results for our agency clients. However, we proudly offer training services to new clients who wish to hire an internal team to manage social media marketing channels and communities.

Can you guarantee results?

This is a question we get asked often, and the answer is simple: no, we cannot guarantee results, as there are many factors and variables to take into consideration where digital marketing is concerned. What we can provide is a highly successful set of clients who have taken advantage of our services and have experienced results. Ultimately, our primary goal is to provide you with excellent service that will translate into an increase in your ROI.

What are your retainer fees?

All of our client retainer fees are determined by various factors and a scale that we have determined based on our experience in working with and building brands. This scale factors in items such as the type of services provided, the type of industry and the business sector the brand is in. We consider these factors, as well as the goals and needs of each account. Together, this makes a recipe for what is just and right for each client.

Do you require a contract?

Yes, we require an ATP (Authorization to Proceed) for all of our services, with the exception of our audits. Our ATP’s will outline all of the project details (scope of work), our timeline, policies, NDA's (Non-Disclosure Agreements) etc. We provide this to our clients for signature via a link to date and sign.

What are your payment terms?

We always agree on payment in advance of a project is started, and any changes in the budget will be fully communicated and agreed in writing in advance. We have integrated 17hats with Stripe as our payment processor into our invoicing system as well, to ensure secure and convenient payment method. 

How clients contact you?

At SoVerve, our client communications is of utmost importance. All of our clients have enjoy monthly consultations to stay up to date with their accounts, and can otherwise communicate with us via our client messaging system and email.

Do you have an office space?

We consider ourselves a modern agency, and all of our team members are remote. Therefore, we do not need office space. However, our local clients – for example – enjoy scheduling in-person consultations with us so we may meet at their offices or one of our favorite local coworking spaces.

What are your qualifications?

Our team holds various degrees in both marketing and business, as well as various industry certifications in Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Content Marketing from organizations like HubSpot, MailChimp, Klaviyo, and Hootsuite. Additionally, we also hold various memberships in industry-related organizations that allow us continuous education on up to date industry standards.

Do you outsource work?

 Yes, and gladly! We enjoy working with other agencies and organizations on various projects. These may include graphic design and video production. Our network of professionals is extensive, and when we cannot, for whatever reason, provide you with the services you need, we’ll refer you to someone who will.
