Yes, we require an ATP (Authorization to Proceed) for all of our services, with the exception of our audits. Our ATP’s will outline all of the project details (scope of work), our timeline, policies, NDA's (Non-Disclosure Agreements) etc. We provide this to our clients for signature via a link to date and sign.
We always agree on payment in advance of a project is started, and any changes in the budget will be fully communicated and agreed in writing in advance. We have integrated Square into our invoicing system as well, to ensure a secure payment method.
